Thirty High Victoria

We're proud to be involved in the iconic Thirty High development, a 300,000 sq ft project in Central Victoria, working in partnership with Landsec and McLaren Construction Group. This impressive project will redefine the skyline with 265,000 sq ft of office space across 26 storeys, featuring a stunning rooftop restaurant, terrace, and state-of-the-art amenities. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2025, the redevelopment of this historic 1962 building is well underway.

At The Shore Group, we've been instrumental in delivering comprehensive solutions that go beyond standard services:

• 70+ Jobs Created: We’ve opened doors for local talent, with over 70 positions filled, and more than 30 skilled operatives actively contributing on-site.

• Comprehensive Site Support: Our full-scale services include expert management personnel, logistics and lifting teams, general site labour, and 24/7 security, ensuring the project runs seamlessly.

• Community-Centric Initiatives: We’ve partnered with Strive Development Ltd, Westminster City Council, and local organisations to provide employment and training opportunities, empowering residents and the community.

We currently have multiple skilled teams on-site across divisions to provide comprehensive M&E services, logistics and general site support. Together, these teams ensure the efficient and high-standard delivery of each phase of this landmark project.
