OUR SUPPLY CHAIN
Understanding our clients expectations at the earliest opportunity will be key to the successful procurement and delivery of the project. We will happily arrange site visits to similar projects, offering the perfect platform for a lessons learnt exercise.
Sub-contractor selection and delivery will be focused on the early completion of a benchmark flat for quality. This will ensure sequencing of the build is optimised, and lessons learnt from previous schemes are implemented early to negate reoccurring snags.
PRIORITISING QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY
During preconstruction, our SHE Team, together with the project leadership, will assess all develop a site-specific Preconstruction Health & Safety Plan that encapsulates risk, roles, responsibilities.
This is developed to incorporate the detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) that will required for the various elements of work. Our experience means we can provide comprehensive support to assist the client in completion of their pre-tender information and fulfilling their own obligations.
